Shipping policy

ePlant will ship complete orders. 

The typical time to prepare an order will be 2-3 weeks.  If an order will take longer than 3 weeks ePlant will contact customers to ensure that customers are aware of the delay.

Per our returns and cancellation policy ePlant will allow customers to request cancellation of the order as long as it has not shipped, and ePlant will accept returns of goods we can return to inventory at your shipping expense within 90 days.
