Cancellation policy

ePlant will accept cancellations without penalty of any order that has not shipped.

Some items in our store are offered with a mandatory software subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a TreeTag you'll receive an automatic subscription to our software on an annual payment cycle.  The first year is included with the TreeTag purchase. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged annually on the date of order.  You will be reminded before the subscription renews.  If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your software subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
